Complimenting the Geneviève Couteau: The Orient and Beyond exhibition organised by IFI, this symposium serves as a thought-provoking and public and open debate on the topic of intellectual and artistic appropriation of other cultures. Attended by thinkers and cultural activists with different backgrounds and thoughts, the symposium aims to produce a "state of affairs" on the issue of cultural appropriation in Indonesia at the time.
As the Project Manager of the symposium, Amanda played a key role in coordination, production, logistics, and technical execution. She collaborated closely with the curator, speakers, moderator, and collaborating partners to ensure cohesiveness in the symposium material and meaningful experience.
